Among the countries of Asia,  the outsourcing industry has proven that Philippines remained competitive with high English Proficiency.  US-based English training and testing institution in their English Proficiency Ranking Report of 44 countries is Education First.  One of the highest English Proficiency index among all Asian countries that were included in the report is Malaysia with 55.54 high proficiency level and it is ranked number 9. Among the Filipinos, the ranking report has received some criticism and the Philippines was not included in the ranking.

The country was not included in English Proficiency, however it does not signify that Philippine if far lower than Kazakhstan with a very low EPI of 31.75 and ranked 44th.  From Philippines insufficient data was the main reason that Philippines was not included in the ranking, this is base to the executive Hong Kong Office.

From 2007 to 2009, it is needed to be included in the ranking the 400 EF test takers minimum limit per country.  It is excluded that less than 100 test takers in every two or more tests offered by English Proficiency per country.  It becomes more difficult to provide testing as well as the gathering of data because there are only few Filipinos took the English Proficiency exams and considering the English Proficiencydoes not have an office in the Philippines.

Including the Philippines in their future ranking is possible after several months from three of four from now on, this is said by Feng.  The Philippines has a good English Speaking population representing half a million employees of English-Proficient in outsourcing business industry even though the Philippines was not included in the English Proficiency.  The executive vice president for the Business Process Association of the Philippines or BPAP, John Langford said that the Philippines has a competitive edge in English Proficiency, this is due to its affinity with Western Cultures.

Outsourcing is the best among the rest of the techniques.  It has lots of benefits that people use in there daily lives.  Outsourcing is the fastest growing way in the industry. It helps to improve things that needs an improvement.  In outsourcing it helps to provide a solution in every situation.

The meaning and given more value to offshore recruitment for all businesses in Today’s highly advance telecommunications industry has broadened.  To fill specific business needs easier and more global, this is not only made hiring skilled personnel.  This is now also a cost-effective way to expand or improve the business.  Most of the industries, the process has opened the doors to a globally competitive market.

The Philippines among countries with a high English proficiency, the country continue to be competitive as evidence by the outsourcing industry.  The US-based English training and testing Education First came out with an English proficiency ranking report of 44 countries.  Malaysia had the highest English proficiency index of 55.54, a high proficiency level and it ranked 9th based on the report.  The Philippines was not included in the ranking, though an industry that offers English-based outsourcing services.  The ranking report has received some criticism especially among Filipinos.

The Kazakhstan ranked as 44th with a very low English Proficiency of 31.75 but the absence of the Philippines does not mean that the country is fairing.  There was an insufficient data to render a ranking for the Philippines, this is an email reply from Eric Feng, he is the executive from EF’s Hong Kong Office.

From 2007 to 2009 the data is the number of EF test takers per country and the minimum limit to be part of the ranking  is 400 test takers.  The countries with less than 100 test takers per two or more test offered by the EF per country.  In taking the exams, there were only a few Filipinos that took it.  In the Philippines, the EF does not have an office.  Feng cannot speak about the possibility of including the Philippines in their future rankings.  He said that he should have a clearer idea three to four months from now.

The Philippine country still enjoys a good English speaking population even though without an English proficiency ranking.

The vice president for the Business Process Association of the Philippines stated that with Western cultures, the Philippines still has a competitive edge in English proficiency that is primarily due to its affinity. The Filipinos consume a lot of foreign films and TV in English,  this is with a rarely dubbed or given subtitles.  The school textbooks and medium of instruction are also mostly in English except for Filipino-related subjects.  This not mean that English proficiency is constantly good among Filipinos, the proficiency itself is declining a relative to the growth of The Business Process Outsourcing industry demands.

The hiring rate is still around two out of 100 interviewees, the hiring rate is still rather a low now. Langford said that they need to continue to partner with the government and academe to raise the level of English proficiency of the Filipinos in order to sustain the future growth of the industry in the Philippines.

Outsourcing is the fastest now in the in the industry which is this is the best among the ways of th business to have a best development and performance.  People and businesses can get a good benefits and can earn money. Everyone has a freedom to outsource,  the Business Process Outsourcing helps people to use their skills especially in speaking and writing. Though some people did not passed on the call centers but still there are more outsourcing companies that gives an opportunity in all of the people out there.  The Philippines became the number one because of outsourcing.

Most of the people is thinking about what is the difference between BPO and KPO? But first, BPO means Business Process Outsourcing while KPO is Knowledge Process Outsourcing.  The dividing line between BPO and KPO is still faded, some of the experts say that BPO is not different from KPO.  A KPO or Knowledge Process Outsourcing is only a kind of BPO.  KPO is a subset of BPO, it just occupies the higher and end of the Business Process Outsourcing spectrum.

The KPO is in natural progression, KPO beseem its existence to Business Process Outsourcing.  The benefits of outsourcing low-end processes to India after the reaping, the foreign companies are now trying their hands at outsourcing high-end processes to the country.  In the outsourcing pyramid the KPO or Knowledge Process Outsourcing is the next step.

By 2010,  low-end outsourcing services have an expected Cumulative Annual Growth Rate or CAGR of 26 percent.  The global KPO market is poised for an expected CAGR Of 46 percent by 2010 also.  The expected growth in the BPO and KPO markets over the next seven years is following the figure demonstrates. The KPOs are the next big thing about to happen in India, it is very evident from the discussion.  However, the way to become a strong KPO power is not very smooth.  By providing a domain-based processes and business expertise rather than just process expertise, KPO delivers a high value to organization.

BPO is a perfect place for a small and medium sized business.  A classic BPO is usually customer support or helpdesk related,  here are the following BPOs:  In all business domains and function:  Document Processing, Data entry, Data analytics, Customer Service, Customer Support, Helpdesk, Billing, Verifications, Transcriptions, Outbound, Inbound Calling, Market, Competitor research.

KPO is tend to be more technical in nature.  Here are the following typically successful, technical processes that can be outsourced: Engineering Design, Draftings and Rendering, Legal Process Outsourcing, Technical Writing and Communications, Remote Information Technology infrastructure management and Animation like 2D , 3D modeling.

Outsourcing of Knowledge process face more challenges than BPO or Business Process Outsourcing, these process demand advanced analytical and specialized skill of knowledge workers that have domain experience to the credit.  The KPO will be maintain a higher quality standards, investment in KPO infrastructure. the lack of talent pool, requirement of higher level of control, enhanced risk of management and confidentiality.  Technology grows every year, companies and business make a way to be the best in the whole world so that by the help of outsourcing people can do things better and better.

To the political and economic thought that threaten a country, outsourcing is ever inconsistent and can be subject. Sometimes unrest in a country may have little effect on a call center services outsourcing hub, when unrest in the Philippines made a headlines last year and its current state now, this can also still have a negative effect on outsourcing.  In Egypt’s unrest and uncertainties, its plan to emerge as a sought after call center hub may have now been threatened. The unrest has seen the country’s hardwork in terms of economic reforms sidetracked as companies lose confidence in the country especially with the curtailing of the internet which analysts estimate cost Egypt $3 million per day within the outsourcing alone.

The Philippines is one of the preferred destinations for call center outsourcing services worldwide especially in leading the global call center outsourcing market in terms of revenues.  As outsourcing companies have continued expansion plans this year, business has not waned for the country.  The industry expects a 20% annual growth over 3 years with more companies shifting services to the country.  The Philippine subsidiary of Canadian telecommunications company Telus Communications of Telus Corporation assure for the country, citing it as a vital global site for their global business process outsourcing operations.  TELUS is planning to expand further and open a fifth site in the country’s capital adding to its 8,500 strong workforce of which the majority are functioning as a call center agents.  The TELUS call center operations currently make up 80% of the company’s revenues and the company announced that call center operations will likely grow another 20% this year.  TELUS open a fifth site in the country’s capital adding to its 8,500 strong workforce of which the majority are functioning as call center agents and they are planning to expand.

In the Philippines there’s a new contact center operations that are also being established such as the two new company’s in just the past few days.  To travel partners in the region. the contact center’s team consists of 15 consultants which will support the company’s rapidly growing Asia Pacific markets and they also provide assistance.  There is also a new unnamed company that also setting up operations in Davao City in the Philippines.  The company will require 400 call center agents, the unidentified company is one of the five large international contact centers.

Philippines now is one of the hottest destination of outsourcing. Egypt will be able to recover its standing in the cal center outsourcing industry is anyone guess right now even though Egypt will be able to recover as the Philippines has.  Outsourcing helps many lives and most of the companies now prefer outsourcing which the think that outsourcing is the best solution in all.

In the Philippines, by working on a mechanism to sustain training programs for would-be employees, the country Software Industry Association or PSIA is looking to improve manpower creation for the software development industry for the country.  The Director of the PSIA for Technology Calen Legaspi stated that the organization will be meeting with a several other academic institutions involved in information technology and software development training. The Philippines Society of Information Technology Educators or PSIET and the Coordinating Council for Private Educational Association or COCOPEA is included here.

The meetings are important to help build the necessary manpower demand of the software industry in the Philippines this is stated by a co-founder of software development training and outsource service provider Orange and Bronze, Legaspi. Orange and Bronze or O&B is the companies that provides a training on a number of software development skills.  In 2006, the Philippine software industry is hiring about 40,000 people as of 2010, up from merely 10,000.  In the country, there are also 400 software development companies.  In 2009, the industry also performed well even during the global economic crisis earning $568 million, with expected revenues of $1 billion by the end of 2010.

For the development of manpower for the software industry was government funding, this is one of the major reasons for the development of manpower. It is particularly through the e-Government Fund of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology CICT and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA.  The PSIA said that it is looking at internally generated funding to push through with training of more people.

In the coming months, the problem is not the work because they are already expecting a lot of outsourced projects.  To build the capacity to accommodate all those projects is they need to do. This is the reason why they are looking at other funding mechanisms to ensure that they have the skilled workers to fill the industry needs.  The organization is working closely with the Commission on Higher Education or CHED to standardized computer science curriculum in universities and colleges.

May graduates of Information Technology and Computer Science courses are not that even well equipped with the skills necessary to be part of the workforce.  They have to ensure that even though they have enough manpower, they hire people who can work properly, people who can follow the rules and regulations.

The outsourcing is the way to improve the things in the world.  This is now the biggest trend in the world, wherein many people wants to be a part of the outsourcing industry.  People want to experience life in outsourcing.  Most of the biggest and even the small companies outsource inside and outside the company and country.  Not all people want the outsourcing way but the point is, why they need to judge it? People should also look in the good side of outsourcing.  Outsourcing has lots of benefits and people can earn and save money here.  Business Process Outsourcing is a big help in the industry and in the economy of the said country.

Outsourcing is nothing new in the Philippines, this is now one of the trend in the country.  Business Process Outsourcing grows faster in the Philippines.  People should know that since before the Internet has become  popular , a lot of Western Countries have already been using the Philippines.  The Philippines has turned into a serious player and became a better outsourcing alternative to countries including India and China, it was during the earl;y 1990’s and the coming of the new millennium.

The Business Process Outsourcing sector of Philippines has been growing steadily over the last two decades.  The Internet has a big impact in the society and most of the people can not imagine life without Internet.  There is an indication that the Philippines status in  the last two decades will continue for the next couple of years.

What are the reason why Philippines is the hottest destination in outsourcing, this are the five reasons why businesses are reaching out to the Philippines for their business process outsourcing needs.

The reason number 1 is the Westernized Culture,  the Philippines is the only country that has absorbed a lot of Western influence and the American way of life in all of the countries in Asia.  By its people, you can see a lot of Western cultures that being reflected from the movies they watch and the dress they wear to the dominant religion.   The Filipino looks up to the Western with the admiration and a high level respect. If you are an American, European, an Australian and a British people can easily adjust to the culture of the Filipinos.  The cultural adaption should be easier compared to other countries in Asia, though it may take a little while to get used to it.   The typical Filipino can hardly distinguish the differences int he aforementioned races when he sees one.

The reason number two is the English Proficiency, it is almost like native to the Filipinos.  Filipinos do not normally use it in the streets when talking to their peers, however English is much more familiar tot hem compared to the other dialects that is used by the various tribes in the provinces.  English is being introduced to the kids as a medium of communications in schools all over the country.  Those books that are written in English are Mathematics, Sciences and Business. English has many use, you can see it all over the place, it use in the traffic signs, the newspapers, the TV, the giant billboards and the software they use.

Highly Educated and Highly Skilled Workforce is the reason number 3, in the Philippines education is highly regarded.  It is considered as an achievement of lifetime when you finish a college degree.  The education attainment is one of the primary requirements for any decent job opportunity in the country.  This is known to have a very scarce opportunity for work.  Not having a college degree is really difficult to get a job in the Philippines.

Reason number four is the lower cost of labor, this is one of the primary reasons why a company will engage in outsourcing services because they can save.  The Philippine Labor force is generally much less expensive than the other outsourcing destinations like India or the Latin American Countries.

Then the last reason is the Good Internet and Telecom Infrastructure, the Philippines may not have the fastest Internet Connectivity in Asia, however the Philippines can be proud to say that they have improved over the years.  It is possible to have a Broadband Internet connection at home at a relatively lesser cost than a dial-up connection.  Outsourcing helps every country to improve the status of their business and company.

To improve sales and customer support, the companies that do not have the time and resources.  To employ the services of call center outsourcing providers is the best option.  This is the most practical solution, it should not be taken lightly.  The availability of competent personnel to handle a specific tasks is one of the advantage of hiring the services of a call center outsourcing provider such as the customer support.  To handle given tasks that can improve sales as well as the customer relations, since most of the call center personnel underwent proper training.  Hiring personnel can be impractical if the company sets up its own call center from the ground.

From hiring the services of a call center outsourcing provider can save time and cost effective in assessing the business needs and knowing the results that is expected. The provider must also be properly assessed to determine whether or not it can meet a certain business expectation because call centers offer a various services catering to different businesses.  The analysis should be complemented with consultation from the potential provider, when the business needs are properly analyzed.

Affordable services must ensure that the quality of services not affected, while the market offers a lot options to choose from.  To pay more for high quality services in then pay less however without improving the business.  It is always best to make a proper assessments and do more research before hiring a specific provider to avoid a conclusion, the quality of service should be prioritize.

The Philippines is one of the best places to find a call center with competent personnel.  This is to catch up with the India as the largest call center provider in Asia.  English language is one of its main languages so that the country appeals to most foreign business.  Call centers in the Philippines have an easy access to a vast pool of graduates aside from being proficient in the English language which provides competent workforce to the industry.  The Philippines largely supports the financial services and technology industries in making its geopolitical stability more appealing to investors.

One of the most important way now in having a best business and to have a best development in business is outsourcing like  us we have that, we meet all the requirements of our client.
