    Remembering June 21, 2008 Typhoon Frank

    Typhoon Frank or typhoon Fengshen is a threat in the Philippines this is reported last June 20. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Authority (PAGASA)., they issued that the “Public Storm Warning Signal #3 for various parts of Luzon and Visayas as well as Storm Warning Signals 1 & 2 for some parts of Mindanao (specially around the Surigao area). Gradually over the next few days these storm warnings were scaled back as Typhoon Fengshen (Frank) moved through the country.” Typhoon Frank was a strong typhoon it has a heavy rains and a strong winds that flooded and devastated to the entire Panay Island it includes the Province and the City of Iloilo. The first day of Typhoon Frank the places there is almost flooded the people was stranded and also the vehicle. The Barangay Sambag and Dungon in Jaro Iloilo, the highway was flooded up to a meter deep in some area of highway.  When you see the places in Iloilo you will think that this is a big disaster that comes in there places. In every disaster that hits the country, no one else can stop.
