The government make an action to the things that happened brought by the two typhoons. The typhoon Quiel brought big damages and it also destroy the province of Isabela, they also help until now the victims of the flood and landslide by helping them in giving a relief goods.
The government also each of the people should help every people who suffered from typhoon. The victims of the typhoons need food and clothing. In a small and big way of giving help is very important to all the victims.
