The company acquired Laserwords Private Ltd from India’s Murugappa Group, this is base on the President and Chief Executive Officer Maulik Parekh. The acquisition price was not disclosed, the avendus capital Inc. served as the exclusive financial advisor to SPi Global for the transaction.
