The consolidated revenues for 2009 reached P17.8 billion a 2.7% increase. The executive director Kingson Sian stated that the strong fourth quarter capped an outstanding year.
With about 306,000 square meters of BPO office space, Megaworld is currently the largest BPO office landlord. In 2010, it expects another 78,000 square meters to be completed. The real estate company currently has 6 ongoing township projects which revolve around live-work-play-learn concept in Metro Manila. It won the rights to develop the 34.5 hectare JUSMAG property in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
