Internet communities are getting harder and harder to manage. There are community members that keep disobeying the rules of your website. Such as using foul language, bullying or spamming your community website. Eventually your community will have less and less active members when your site is not managed. They regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the community team, produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes and they also implement the online community moderation strategy by coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure the effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service. |
